Bill Smith GOREVILLE-William Ira “Bill” Smith, 59, of Goreville passed away at 10:30 AM, Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at his home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 26, 2010 at Blue Funeral Home in Goreville with Dr. Ron Ferguson officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM, until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home. Bill was born December 22, 1950 in Chicago to Ira Jr. and Nora Lee (McCallum) Smith. Survivors include sister, Judy & Dan Augustyniak of Ottawa; brothers, Gary Smith of Chicago, Randy & Karyn Smith of Hickory Hills, and Ken Smith of Carbondale; and several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. Bill worked as a painter and enjoyed fishing.
