Marion-William Clarida, 82, passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at Heartland Regional Medical Center.
William was born on May 7, 1934 in Marion to Bert and Lydia Clarida. He married Barbara Motsinger and together they shared 62 years of marriage.
William served in the US Navy. He was the owner operator of Sunoco Service Station in Marion. William later retired from the City of Marion where he worked as a mechanic. He was a member of the Teamsters Local 347. William loved antique cars, leather working and the St. Louis Cardinals. He will be missed by all.

Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at 12:30pm at Rose Hill Cemetery. Military Rites will be performed by the Marion VFW with assistance from the US Navy. Visitation will also be on Wednesday from 10:30am until the time of the service at Blue Funeral Home in Marion.
