Theresa Ann Hudgens

MARION-Theresa Ann Hudgens, 91, of Marion, passed away at 3:50 PM on Friday, March 18, 2005 at Shawnee Christian Nursing Center in Herrin. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, March 22, 2005 at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Richard Mohr officiating. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, Monday at the Blue Funeral Home in Marion. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery, Marion. Mrs. Hudgens was born on September 11, 1913 to Matthew and Susan (Spelich) Prebelich in Camulet, Michigan. She married Denard E. Hudgens on August 16, 1938 in Detroit, Michigan. He preceded her in death on February 20, 1984. She is survived by brother, Frank Prebelich of Redford, Michigan; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; 5 brothers and 5 sisters, She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Marion Senior Citizens Center Mrs. Hudgens was a switchboard operator for Ex-Cell-O Corporation and Presto Inc. She retired in 1962 after working for Presto Inc. for 27 years
