Theodore Loeh, Jr. MARION-Theodore Loeh, Jr., 77, of Marion passed away at 12:45 AM, Friday, January 19, 2007 at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale. Military services will be conducted by VFW Post 1301 and American Legion Post 147 at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, January 23, 2007, at the Blue Funeral Home in Marion. Visitation will be held from 10:00 until 11:00 AM, Tuesday morning at the funeral home. Burial will be at Miner’s Cemetery in Royalton. Memorials may be made to the Marion VFW Ritual Team; envelopes will be available at the funeral home or may be sent c/o Blue Funeral Home, PO Box 411, Marion, IL 62959. Mr. Loeh was born on August 31, 1929 in Royalton, Illinois to Theodore and Anna Elizabeth (Sohn) Loeh. Survivors include son, Robert Loeh of Four Oaks, North Carolina; daughter and son-in-law, Patricia Ann and Dennis Jones of Marion; son, Erik Loeh of Murray, Kentucky; grandchildren, Stephanie and Ryan Lee, Stephen Loeh, Nathan and Michelle Jones and Megan Jones; great grandchild, Alex Lee; and brother and sister-in-law, Alvin and Helen Loeh of Herrin. He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter-in-law, Gina Loeh. Mr. Loeh retired from the Norge Corporation after 34 years of employment as a production manager. He served his country with the United States Army during the Korean Conflict.
