Terry A. Schwenneker MARION-Terry A. Schwenneker, 68, of Marion passed away at 7:45 AM, July 14, 2009 at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion. Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 16, 2009 at Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Monsignor Thomas Flach officiating. There will be no visitation. Entombment will be at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Omaha, Nebraska. Memorials may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church; envelopes are available at the funeral home or may be sent c/o Blue Funeral Home, PO Box 411, Marion, IL 62959. Terry was born January 11, 1941 in Iowa to Harold and Irene (Larson) Schwenneker. He married Carol A. Hopkins in Omaha, Nebraska on October 30, 1965; together they shared 43 years of marriage. Survivors include his wife, Carol A. Schwenneker of Marion; sister, Marilyn Glazebrook of Chesterfield, Missouri; brother, Donald Schwenneker of West Des Moines, Iowa;and his Afghan Hounds, "Danny" and "Caleb". He was preceded in death by his parents. Terry was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marion. He worked as a train dispatcher. He enjoyed camping in his motor home.
