Teresa Sue Moore CARBONDALE- Teresa Sue Moore, 40, of Carbondale passed away at 9:45 PM, Wednesday, October 10, 2007 at home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, October 15, 2007 at Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Paul Buff officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Sunday October 14, 2007 at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society and Hospice of Southern Illinois; envelopes are available at the funeral home or may be sent c/o Blue Funeral Home, PO Box 411, Marion, IL 62959. Teresa was born September 18, 1967 in Carbondale, Illinois to Richard Ray and Betty Sue (Batson) Moore. Survivors include her parents of Carbondale; brother and sister-in-law, David and Diane Moore of Carterville; sister, Monica Schwartz and Ron Bohm of DeSoto; nieces, McKynlee and Katee Schwartz and nephews, Jason, Ryan, and Jon Griffin, Joshua and Nicholas Reuscher; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandparents; uncles David C. Moore and John Etherton; aunt Velma Louise Smith. Teresa attended SIU Carbondale and graduated with a degree in accounting. She was an accountant for Shawnee Health Service in Carterville. She loved to sing and had her own band “Sister T and the Sinners”. The family would like to thank Dixie Anderson and Diane Moore for taking care of Teresa during her illness. Teresa will be missed by her family and all who knew her.
