Shirley Jane Dunn

GOREVILLE-Shirley Dunn, 64, of Goreville passed away at 5:00 AM, Friday, June 11, 2004 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, June 14, 2004 at the Blue Funeral Home in Goreville with Reverend Danny Eberhart officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, Monday, June 13, 2004 at the funeral home. Burial will be at McKinney Chapel Cemetery in Goreville. Mrs. Dunn was born in Johnson County on August 24, 1930 to Hosea and Martha Jane (Dunn) Howard. She married Bill Dunn in Cape Girardeau, MO on August 31, 1957 and he survives. Survivors include her husband, three sons, Calvin Dunn of Goreville, Clay and Cynthia Dunn of Goreville, Carl and Karen Dunn of Herrin; grandchildren, Kimberly, Michael, Nicholas, Cathryn; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Junior Lee Howard. Mrs. Dunn was a member of McKinney Chapel Church and she loved her grandchildren.
