Shirley Ann Stephens Marion-Shirley Ann Stephens, 53, of Warrenton, Virginia, formerly of Marion passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2009 in Virginia. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, May 20, 2009 at Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Dr. Victor Long officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM, until the time of the service on Wednesday at the funeral home. Shirley was born January 27, 1956, in Lake County, Illinois to Donald and Cora (Dunday) Taylor. She is survived by her children, Robert C. Hadley Sr., Bradley Hadley, Dawn Dodd, Tammy Taylor, and Becky Mercado; 9 grandchildren; father, Donald Taylor of Marion; brothers, Jim Jackson of Columbus, Ohio, Gary Taylor of Marion, Dale Taylor of Waukegan, and Glen Taylor of Marion; sisters, Denise Krohn of Winthrop Harbor, Illinois, Lois Waldman and Teresa Jones both of Waukegan; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother Cora. Shirley was a very loving and giving person who always put her family before herself. Her children and grandchildren where her life. She will be missed by all who knew her.
