Sheryl Joan Needham-Forrest MARION-Sheryl Joan Needham-Forrest, 48, of Marion passed away at 11:08 AM, Friday, November 30, 2007 at Fountain Nursing Home in Marion. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, December 1, 2007 at Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Reverend Jerry Lingle officiating. Visitation will be from noon until time of the service on Saturday. Private burial will be held. Sheryl was born July 15, 1959 in Marion, Illinois to Ray Ardell and Anna Mae (Garris) Needham. She married John Forrest on July 14, 1982 in Granite City, Illinois. Survivors include her husband, John; her mother, Anna Mae Thompson; brothers and sisters, Jim and Vicky Needham, Linda and Darrel Harner, Jack Needham, Jerry and Tammy Needham, Janet and Rex Schmitt, Judy and David Short, Jessie and Tim Andrews, Tammy and Scott Elliott, Jessie, Jr. and Melissa Thompson, Cathy Thompson; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father; sister, Peggy Ann Needham; nephew, James Dale Needham; and step-father, Jessie Thompson. Sheryl worked in the Health Care Profession as a CNA.
