Shaun Lee Jones MARION-Shaun Lee Jones, 26, of Marion passed away at 2:53 AM, Tuesday, November 1, 2005 at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM, Friday, November 4, 2005 at the Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Reverend Jeff Baker officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 3:00 PM, Friday, November 4, 2005 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery, Marion. Memorials may be made in Shaun’s memory to his son, Wyatt; envelopes are available at the funeral home or may be sent c/o Blue Funeral Home, PO Box 411, Marion, IL 62959. Shaun was born on November 22, 1978 in Marion, Illinois to Gary and Melanie (Baker) Jones. Survivors include his parents Gary and Melanie Jones of Marion; son, Wyatt Lee Jones and close friend, Sarah Moore, mother of Wyatt; brothers and sisters-in-law, Rick and Teri Jones and Bryan Jones all of Marion, Danny and Andrea Jones of Texas and Alex Patchett of Marion; sister, Tracy Jones of Ohio; maternal grandfather and step-grandmother, Guy and Caroline Baker of Marion; and several, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles & cousins. Shaun worked with his parents in the family business, “Classy Used Furniture”. Shaun was a fun loving and caring person with a heart the size of Texas. He took great pleasure in helping others. His greatest joys were fishing and listening to music. He was liked and loved by all who knew him. He will be sadly missed by everyone, but especially by his parents who from the moment he was born adored and loved him every day of his life. He brought great joy to their lives and his being gone now will leave a hole in their hearts that can never be filled. We love you Shaun and know that wherever you are, you will bring fun and laughter to all around you.
