Seva Miller

MARION-Seva Miller, 94, of Marion, passed away at 4:15 AM, Sunday, February 13, 2005 at Harrisburg Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, February 15, 2005 at the Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Dr. John Simpson officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00 AM, Tuesday, February 15, 2005 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Marion. Mrs. Miller was born on May 10, 1910 in Makanda, Illinois to George and Shrildia (Haffard) Nelson. She married James Miller on December 4, 1975 in Piggott, Arkansas and he survives. Other survivors include nieces and nephews, Betty Deaton, Delaina and John Katubig, Curtis Deaton, Robin and Lt. Colonel Jerry Meyer, Diane and Jerry Pritchett and Darin Sigler. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother and sister-in-law, Basil E. and Mary Nelson; and Joanne Wynn, who raised her. Mrs. Miller was a homemaker, formerly worked at Odd Fellows Children`s Home in Lincoln, Illinois, and the Good Luck Glove Factory for many years. She was a member of the Marion First Baptist Church and a member of the Marion Rebekah Lodge.
