Ruby Jewel Dixon

Marion-Ruby Jewel Dixon, 88, passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2018 at her home. Ruby was born on October 10, 1929 in Desoto to Ralph John and Matlida J. (Marlow) Dixon. Ruby was of Methodist Faith and a member of Fountain United Methodist Church in Marion. She was a receptionist for the Bank of Marion for many years.  Ruby volunteered at Marion Memorial Hospital and was a lifelong member of the Moose Lodge 129. Survivors include: Nieces: Dona C. Hoffman of TN John Paul Weaver of TN Great great nieces: Rhennon Orr Lili Weaver Sophia Weaver Addy Briggs Ruby was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers; one sister and niece Lydia G. Harden. Ruby’s wishes were to be cremated. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 from 2pm-5pm at Full Gospel Tabernacle in Marion.
