Rose Ella Francis Goreville-Rose Ella Francis, 79, of Goreville passed away at 2:15 AM on Thursday, February 10, 2011 at her home. Funeral services for Rose will be held privately and burial will be in Cana Cemetery in Goreville at a later date. Blue Funeral Home in Goreville is assisting the family with arrangements. Rose was born on August 20, 1931 in Goreville, IL to Troy & Ruby (Zimmerman) Harris. She married Donald “Curley” Francis on February 26, 1994 in Goreville, IL; he survives. Rose is survived by her husband; grandchildren, Rose Mary Menicucci & Mora China Menicucci, both of Marion, Mariyah Menicucci of Goreville, Toni Arrogo, Jennifer Sheppard and Andrew Harris; sisters, Melba Perry of Elgin, Viola Ries & Doris Haskell both of Valrico, FL, Barbara Russell of Buncombe and Linda Dietrich of Grandbury, TX; brothers, Everett Harris of Brownwood, TX and Dallas Harris of Helendale, CO. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Roland, Francis, Val & Ace Harris; sister, Verna Martin; daughter, Ruby Anna Menicucci. Rose Ella was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She dedicated her life to caring for and loving her family. She will be missed by all her knew her.
