Rosanna Hightower

Marion Rosanna “Rose” Hightower, 75 of Marion, passed away on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 at 4:35 AM at Parkway Manor. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Reverend Derek Shaw officiating. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery in Johnston City. Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM on Saturday at the funeral home and will last until the service hour. Blue Funeral Home in Marion is assisting the family with arrangements. Rose was born in Johnston City on Friday, September 25, 1936 to Charles & Emma (Sowers) Hartline; she was 1 week shy of her 76th birthday. Rose is survived by her grandchildren, Kelly Cameron and Chris Hunt; great-grandchildren, Katelyn Cameron, Hailey Hunt and Gavin Hunt; son-in-law, Richard McFadden. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Emma, and daughter, Kathy McFadden. Rose formerly worked as a photo technician at Wal-Mart. She was a faithful member of New Hope Church of God in Marion. She will be missed by her family, friends and her cherished Church family.
