Robert Clark

Marion-Robert Rae Clark, 86, passed away on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at Heartland Regional Medical Center. Robert was born on May 30, 1930 in Williamson County to Raymond and Iva (Perry) Clark. He married Peggy Holiday at Warder Street Baptist Church on September 3, 1955 and together they shared 62 years of marriage. Robert served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of Warder Street Baptist Church.  Robert enjoyed spending time with family and friends and will be missed by all. Survivors include: Wife-Peggy Clark of Marion Sons: Terry and Laquetta Clark of Marion Gary and Trina Clark of Marion Grandchildren: Ashley Clark and Nathan Avery Katie and Jake Heinz Nicholas Clark Benjie Kent Great grandchildren: Leiya Heinz Nicole Kent Abbie Kent Gage Kent Lanie Kent He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 15, 2017 at 4pm at Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Rev. Dwayne Sheumaker officiating. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Monday from 2pm until the time of service at the funeral home.
