Phyllis McGinness

Marion-Phyllis Jean McGinness, 69, passed away at 9:45am on Friday, December 18, 2015 at Herrin Hospital. Phyllis was September 14, 1946 in Williamson County to George and Hazel (McCombs) Moulton. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Survivors include: Son-Joe McGinness Daughter-Pennie McGinness Daughter-Janice Rees Four grandchildren Six great grandchildren Sister-Erma Boester Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Norma Merrell Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 21, 2015 at 11am at Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Rev. John Howat officiating.  Burial will follow at Mt Pleasant “Poordo”.  Visitation will also be on Monday from 10am until the time of service at the funeral home.
