Patricia Ann Ramsey Pittsburg-Patricia Ann Ramsey, 76, of Pittsburg passed away at 6:15 AM, Thursday, November 23, 2006 at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Sunday, November 26, 2006 at Blue Funeral Home in Marion with the Reverend Eddie Donelson officiating. Visitation will be from noon until 2:00 PM Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery in Marion. Patricia was born on August 11, 1930 in West Frankfort, Illinois to Clyde Washington and Lois (Walker) Lee. She married Carl Eugene Ramsey in Corinth, Illinois on January 10, 1948 and he survives. Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Darlene and Jim Hancock of Carbondale, Sherri and Richard Thompson of West Frankfort; son and daughter-in-law Kevin and Sherry Ramsey of Marion, and son Gregory Ramsey also of Marion; grandchildren Misty and Tom Whittington, Brandi and Jim Stewart, Benji and Beth Ramsey, Crystal and Lenny Clark, Jennifer and Nathan White, Mikki Ramsey, and Christopher Ramsey; great-grandchildren, Trevor, Carrie, Kailyn, and Anna; sister and brother-in-law Sue and Charles Schroeder. She was preceded in death by her parents; and sisters, Cleo Midgett and Vivian Lee. Mrs. Ramsey was a member of the Pittsburg Freewill Baptist Church and the Daughters of the American Revolution. She was a Homemaker and she was retired from Smoler Brothers in Herrin where she had been a seamstress.
