Pamela Sue Bean

  Goreville- Pamela Sue Bean, 67, of Goreville, formerly of Royalton, IL and Springfield, MO, passed away at 7:37 AM, Easter Sunday, April 16, 2017 at her home. Pamela was born on April 8, 1950 in Herrin to Carl “Tick” and Pauline (Fries) Jennings. She worked several years at Allen Industries in Herrin prior to her retirement and was of protestant faith. In her spare time, she enjoyed taking photographs of outdoor settings and her grandchildren, drawing still life and family portraits, gardening many varieties of flowers and reading science fiction novels. She will be dearly missed by her friends and family. Survivors include- Mother- Pauline Jennings of Centerview, Missouri Daughter- Tara Ferguson and husband Charley of Goreville Daughter- April Bloodworth and husband Tim of Freeman Spur 7 grandchildren: Morgan Lewis of Carterville Kyleigh Lewis or Goreville Christian Ferguson of Marion Jacob Ferguson of Marion Dylan Bloodworth of Eldorado Hannah Bloodworth of Freeman Spur Alex Bloodworth of Freeman Spur Beloved great granddaughter- Penelope Hamilton of Carterville Sister- Shelby Jennings of Johnston City Sister- Sandra Johnson and husband Ralph of Woodbridge, VA Brother- Brad Jennings of Golconda Sister- Wendy Worden of Molalla, OR Brother- Kevin Jennings of Golconda Sister- Dee Dee Jones and husband Will of Centerview, MO Several nieces and nephews and cousins She was preceded in death by her father. A memorial service celebrating the Life of Pamela Sue Bean will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Blue Funeral Home in Goreville. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until time of service, Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Blue Funeral Home in Goreville.
