Pamela Gibbs

Marion-Pamela Joyce Gibbs, 33, passed away at 6:33am on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at her home. Pamela was born on November 30, 1980 in Granite City to Charles and Paulette (Ely) Downen. She married Kevin Gibbs on October 31, 2006 in Hurst.  He survives of Marion. Pamela loved spending time with her pets and enjoyed the outdoors.  She will be missed by all that knew her. Survivors include: her husband, Kevin; her mother and step father, Paulette and Lee Roy Cheatem; her five brothers, Howard Downen, Mike Tomshack, Robert Tomshack, Andy Hufstedler and Vernie Hufstedler ; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles;  her mother in law, Cindy Gibbs and father in law, Bob Gibbs. She was preceded in death by her father. Funeral services will be at 1pm on Monday, October 7, 2013 at Blue Funeral Home in Marion with the Rev. Ivan Ryan officiating.  Visitation will be on Monday, October 7, 2013 from 11am until the time of service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family.
