I knew Ouida through an art class and I would visit with her after the art class ended. I would borrow an art book and return it to borrow another. I really went there to spend time talking with her. She was a very interesting person and a talented artist. I enjoyed looking at her paintings very much. I will always be thankful I had the privilege to know Ouida. She was a great person.
