Myrtle Pauline Ehlers MARION-Myrtle Pauline Ehlers, 74, of Marion passed away at 10:55 AM, Thursday, March 29, 2007 at Fountain Nursing Home in Marion. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, March 31, 2007 at the Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Reverend Scott Kallem officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM, on Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Herrin City Cemetery. Mrs. Ehlers was born September 20, 1932 in Kennett, Missouri to Oscar and Josephine (Russell) Duncan. Survivors include daughter and son-in-law, JoAnn and Wallace Daily of Gadsden, Alabama; sons and daughters-in-law, James and Nancy Gammons of Marion, Paul and Deborah Gammons of West Plains, Missouri and Wayne and Lisa Gammons of West Frankfort; grandchildren, Linda Boatright, Roy Daily, Jamie Gammons, Jennifer Gammons, Julie Gammons, Lisa and Ken Stiner, Melissa Gammons and Paul Gammons, Jr.; step-grandchildren, Matthew, Mark and John Roberts; and great grandchildren, Dustin Underwood, Tyler Underwood, Ashley Tibbs, Braden Boatright, David Gammons, Josh Pardon and Danielle Pardon. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Walter Ehlers; grandson, Joshua Campbell; granddaughter, Jessica Gammons; and brother, Harry Russell. Mrs. Ehlers was a homemaker. She loved to read and listen to music.
