Mildred Gill

Lake of Egypt-Mildred Ann Gill, age 79, died at 11 PM on March 9, 2016 in her home of 30 years at the Lake of Egypt. Beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Mildred passed surrounded by her family. Born to Horace Calvin Williams and Ida Clardie Williams on December 15, 1936 in Omaha, Illinois, she is survived by her husband of 62 years, Bobbie Johnson Gill, two sons, Kenneth and Dennis Gill, and a grandson, Dennis Gill Jr. all of Marion, Illinois. She has one surviving brother, Donald Williams, of Omaha, Illinois. Mildred was a successful business woman, owner and operator of The Village Shop, located in Omaha, Illinois for over 20 years. Mildred loved her family and her dog, Chewy. She will be greatly missed by those she leaves behind. As per her wishes, she will be cremated. No public arrangements are planned.
