Micah Avery William Soldner, 4, of Marion, passed away on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at 6:18 pm at Herrin Hospital.
Micah was born February 5, 2012 in Carbondale the son of Kevin and Rachel (Clemons) Soldner.
He loved music and watching cartoons. Micah enjoyed singing at his church, Zion United Church of Christ in Marion.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his;
Sister – Shania LeeAnn Soldner
Brothers;
Brendan Alan Henry Soldner
Logan Samuel Keith Soldner
Jaiden Kane Soldner
Maternal grandparents – Clarence Alan and Marsha Gay Clemons
Paternal grandparents – Keith and Rhonda Soldner
Several extended family members including his church family that loved him very much
Funeral services will be Friday, June 25, 2016 2 pm at Zion United Church of Christ in Marion with Rev. John Holst officiating. Visitation will be from 11 am until the time of service at the church. Blue Funeral Home in Marion is assisting the family with arrangements.
The family would like to extend a special Thank You to the Doctors and Nurses at Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital and all of his care givers for the loving care they gave to Micah.
Memorials may be made to Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital or the Ronald McDonald House. Envelopes will be available the day of the service at the Zion United Church of Christ or by mail to Blue Funeral Home, 1704 North Court Street, Marion, Illinois 62959.
