GOREVILLE-Mary Lou Gunther, 62, of Goreville passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2011 at her daughter’s home. According to Mary Lou’s wisher her body will be cremated and no services will be held. Blue Funeral Home in Goreville is assisting the family with arrangements. Mary Lou was born on Christmas Day, 1948 in Blue Island, IL to Duane Arthur & Beryl Lucille (Clutter) Skamser. She is survived by her daughters, Penny & Kevin Johnson and Tammy & David Vaughn; son, Ronnie & Katherine Gunther; grandchildren, Trevor, Hayden, Piper and Kyle Gunther & Nick and Gaje Vaughn; 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Mary Lou was preceded in death by her parents. She was an incredible mother and grandmother who will remain in her friend’s and family’s hearts always. “And to all my family and friends, I had a wonderful life and wish you all the same.
