Mary Frieda Tetzlaff MARION- 8220;Mary Frieda Tetzlaff, of Marion passed away at 6:20 PM, Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM, Saturday, March 22, 2008 at Zion United Church of Christ in Marion. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Friday, March 21, 2008 at Blue Funeral Home in Marion. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery in Marion. Memorials may be made to the American Kidney Foundation; envelopes are available at the funeral home or may be sent c/o Blue Funeral Home, PO Box 411, Marion, IL 62959 Mrs. Tetzlaff was born in Kershaw, South Carolina to George and Nell (Ingram) Bowers. She married Ray Max Tetzlaff on November 13, 1943 in Camden, South Carolina; he preceded her in death on January 29, 1997. Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law Glenn and Stephanie Tetzlaff of Creal Springs; Russell Lee and Leticia Tetzlaff of Chicago; grandchildren Molly Tetzlaff and Karl Tetslaff; niece Charnelle Bryant of Schaumburg; nephew James Craig Bryant of Germany. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and sister Betty Nelle Schuett. Mrs. Tetzlaff was a member of Zion United Church of Christ in Marion. She was a homemaker and loved flowers. She loved her family and her family loved her.
