Mary Frances McCann GOREVILLE-Mary Frances McCann, 87, died peacefully at 6:30 AM, Saturday, August 29th at Herrin Hospital. Funeral services will be at held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, September 5, 2009 at Mount Olivet Cemetery Chapel in Chicago, followed by a memorial luncheon for family and friends. Blue Funeral Home in Goreville is assisting the family with the arrangements. Memorials may be made to your local Humane Society or a Hospice program of your choice; envelopes are available at the funeral home or may be sent c/o Blue Funeral Home, PO Box 411, Marion, IL 62959. She was born in June 26, 1922 in Waterloo, Iowa to John and Josephine (Sorenson) O’Brien. Formerly of Lemont, Illinois, she moved to Eagle Point Bay in 2003. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law Patricia McCann, Joanne McCann, Suzanne and Joseph Eberhardt, and Sharon and Alun Hughes and by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband James Patrick McCann CPD and her infant son Patrick.
