Mary Ann Vaughn

Goreville-Mary Ann “NaNa” Vaughn, 58, passed away on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at her home. Mary was born on January 28, 1960 in Kankakee to Stephen and Iota Ferne (Terry) Hermann. She married Dennis Vaughn on February 14, 1998 in Goreville. Mary was very active in the Whiteash Church and loved her church family. She enjoyed shopping, going out to eat, traveling and seeing the ocean and spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include: Husband-Dennis Vaughn of Goreville Son-Garrett and Denise Burroughs of Marion Daughter-Rachael and Adam Baggett of Goreville Son-Matthew Vaughn of Goreville Daughter-Courtney Colton Childers of Johnston City Grandchildren: Deklan Burroughs Finley Burroughs Selena Baggett Lydia Baggett Hunter Boatwright Ryleigh Vaughn Mia Vaughn Holden Childers Addison Childers One on the way Brothers: Steve and Beverly Hermann of Johnston City Larry and Denise Peas of Marion Gene and Nancy Peas of FL Terry and Patty Peas of Chicago Like a sister-Beverly and David Nelson She was preceded in death by her parents Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 11am at Blue Funeral Home in Goreville with Pastor Andy Lee officiating. Burial will follow at Cana Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Friday, April 13, 2018 from 5pm-8pm at the funeral home.
