Marvin Clifton Henke Marvin Clifton Henke, age 73, of Wickliffe,KY, died at 11:55a.m. on Wednesday, July 13, 2011, at Marion Veteran’s Hospital in Marion, Illinois. According to his wishes Mr. Henke will be cremated. A memorial service will be held at Blue Funeral Home at 11 am on Wednesday July 20th, 2011. There will be a time of visitation from 10 am until the service hour at the funeral home. Memorials may ne made to the American Cancer Society and will be accepted at the funeral home. He was born on July 2, 1938, in Edwardsville, the son of the late Clara Henke and late Julius M. Henke. He is survived by a daughter: Jeanne Meunier and Husband(Steve) and two sons Darren Henke and Daniel Henke and wife (Danielle), and three grandchildren: Nickolas, Aiden and Olivia Henke; 2 sisters Laverne Wernle and her late husband(Leto) and Laurine Bartels and Husband(Raymond); 1 brother Julius F. Henke and wife(Darlene); and 9 nephews and 4 nieces. He is preceded in death by a brother Richard Henke. Mr. Henke was a farmer, servant to the community and a devoted member of the church. He enjoyed tree trimming and working in the yard. Mr. Henke was a very social person, and was generous with everybody and always willing to lend a hand.
