Marian Danner Clark Marion—Marian Danner Clark, 84, passed away at 8:40 PM on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at Parkway Manor. According to her wishes her body was cremated and no services were held. Blue Funeral Home in Goreville assisted the family with arrangements. Marian was born in Davenport, IA TO George & Dorothy (Bell) Dick. She married Rodney Clark, Sr. who preceded her in death. She is survived by her children, Sandra & Richard Stockman of Murphy, NC and Janice & Dave Russo of Commerce, GA; step-son and longtime caregiver, Rodney Clark, Jr. of Goreville; grandchildren, Danielle Mitchell, Tim & Kim Meinert, Bruce & Angie Meinert and seven great-grandchildren. Marian was employed many years at Playskool Manufacturing in Hampshire, IL and retired from her office position at State Health Hospital in Elgin. After retirement Marian relocated to Goreville to spend her final years.
