Marcella Pitts MARION-Marcella Pitts, 87, of Marion passed away at 7:50 AM, Tuesday, June 12, 2007 at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion. As per Marcella’s personal wishes there will be no public visitation or funeral. Blue Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois; and may be sent c/o Blue Funeral Home, PO Box 411, Marion, IL 62959. Mrs. Pitts was born April 24, 1920 in Rector, Arkansas to George W. and Katherine Lee (Linch) Ferguson. She married John G. Pitts; he preceded her in death. Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Earlene McCluskie of Marion; daughter, Jeannette Keeler of St. Petersburg, Florida; grandchildren, Jeff McCluskie, Sheila Hollie and John Hollie; and great grandchildren, Tabitha, Josh and Bethany McCluskie and John, Jr., Justin and Josh Hollie, and Brieanna Bourgeois. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and son-in-law, Mike Keeler. Mrs. Pitts was a homemaker.
