Madyson Nicole Lacy HURST-Madyson Nicole Lacy, infant daughter of Nikki Roland and Levi Lacy passed away at 8:54 PM, Tuesday, March 14, 2006 at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, March 17, 2006 at Blairsville Cemetery with Reverend Carl Cottingham officiating. Blue Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Survivors include her parents; sister, Lexis Lacy; maternal grandparents, Jack and Dana Roland of Carterville and Lorri Holtrop of Marion; paternal grandparents, Tom and Rhonda Lacy of Hurst; maternal great grandparents, Beverly Roland and Carl and Nanette Cottingham; paternal great grandmothers, Sue Lacy and Euna Juvers; and maternal great great grandmother, Frances Barton.
