Lorin Van Horn

Goreville-Lorin Jerome Van Horn, 85, passed away at 11:25am on Tuesday, November 05, 2013 at his home. Lorin was born August 11, 1928 in East St. Louis to Lorin and Catherine (Williams) Van Horn.  He married Harriet “Tinks” Van Horn, she preceded him in death. Lorin was a proud member of the United States Marine Corps. Survivors include: Daughters: Kay Beuligmann and husband Richard Carol Perry and husband James Grandchildren: Taylor Perry and wife Kyrie Logan Perry and wife Lindsey Lukas Perry and wife Briana Matt Beuligmann Paige Beuligmann Great grandchildren: Fisher Perry Finley Perry He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Harriet and son, Lorin “Jerry” Van Horn Jr. Graveside services will be at 10:30am on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 from 5pm-7:30pm at Blue Funeral Home in Goreville.
