Stiritz-Lisa D. Lerch, 48, passed away on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at her home, after a long battle with cancer, surrounded by family and loved ones. Lisa was born on February 25, 1966 in Marion to Danny and Mary (Oliver) McKane. She married Jon Lerch on August 2, 1996. He survives of Stiritz. Lisa was a John A. Logan graduate and worked as a CNA for many years. She was an avid Nascar fan and enjoyed gardening, working on cars, traveling and spending time with her family. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy. Survivors include: Husband-Jon Lerch of Stiritz Mother-Mary Simmons of Acworth, GA Father and step mother-Danny and Pamela McKane of Marion Children: Jeramy and Pamela McKane of West Frankfort Jonathon and Ashley Lerch of Marion Angel Prince of Stiritz Grandchildren: Mason and Gregrey McKane Brenna Lerch Grandmothers: Lula Boles of Marion Grace Oliver of Herrin Special friends: Sherri Ballard Paula Hanks Brothers: Danny McKane, Jr. of Marion David Bradley of Harrisburg Ray McKane of Marion Sisters: Teresa and Mike Minnick of Dallas, GA Dana and Bryan Craig of Texarkana, TX Cousin-Richard Parker She was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Joe Boles and William Oliver; daughter, Carla Prince; granddaughters, Kaitlin and Payton Lerch; step father, Don Simmons and father-in-law, Harrel Lerch, Sr. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 5, 2014 at 1pm at Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Pastor Danny Cash officiating. Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 4, 2014 from 5pm-8pm and on Saturday from 10am until the time of service at the funeral home. Memorial donations are suggested to the family c/o Jon Lerch and will be accepted at Blue Funeral Home/ 1704 N. Court St/ Marion, IL 62959.
