Kyle Steven Dagner Marion-Kyle Steven Dagner, 23, of Marion passed away at 2:33 AM, Wednesday, March 21, 2007 at his home. Funeral services will be at 10:00 AM, Saturday, March 24, 2007 at Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Reverend Tim Blankenship officiating, a graveside service will follow at 1:30 PM at Evergreen Cemetery in Ava. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, Friday, March 23, 2007 at the funeral home. Military rites will be held at the cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Sons of the American Legion Post 147 envelopes will be available at the funeral home or may be sent c/o Blue Funeral Home, PO Box 411, Marion, IL 62959. Kyle was born March 16, 1984 in Carbondale to Albert and Constance (Forquer) Dagner. Survivors include his father, Albert and wife Diann Dagner of Marion; brother Scott and wife Crystal Dagner of Marion, brother Eric Dagner and Stephanie Speiser of Carbondale; sister Teresa Teeslink of Herrin, sister Tammy Tiberio and Junior Collins of Creal Springs; paternal grandmother Betty Dagner of Murphysboro; maternal grandmother Catherine Forquer of Herrin; maternal grandfather Don and wife Jessie Forquer of Marion; nephews Tyler Teeslink of Herrin and Trey Tiberio of Creal Springs; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother Constance; and paternal grandfather Howard Dagner. Kyle served in the U.S. Navy; he loved hunting, fishing, rock music, and spending time with his family.
