Kenneth Earl Robinson MARION-Kenneth Earl Robinson, 67, of Marion passed away at 11:00 PM, Saturday, November 10, 2007 at his home surrounded by his family. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 Am, Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at Busby Chapel Freewill Baptist Church in Goreville with Reverend Brent Schuetz officiating. Blue Funeral Home in Marion is in charge of the arrangements. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8: PM, Monday, November 12, 2007 at the church. Burial will be at Maplewood Cemetery in Marion. Kenneth was born July 11, 1940 in Creal Springs, Illinois to Homer and Delilah (Campbell) Robinson. He married Melba House and she preceded him in death, he later married Carolyn Pledger and she also preceded him in death. Survivors include his children, Michael and Tanya Robinson, Trudy Robinson, Kenneth “Kenny” Robinson, Beth Ann Robinson-Stewart, and Chris and April Malroy; step-children, Linnie and Jeff Klotz, Andrea and Paul Midgett, Lorie and Chris Groves, Jim and Dena Shadowens and Robert and Jen Shadowens; grandchildren, Kiersten, Daxter, Michala, Devon, Dakota, Madison, Brayden, Hannah Raylynn, Danielle, Cody, Chelsea, Jacob, Felicia, Justin, Isaiah, Erica, Sirenity, Cletice, Adrianna, Beth, Emily, Heather, Hannah Lynn, Brookellen, Michael Andrew, Aaron, Jeffrey, Josh, Brittney, Beth, Kylie, Kameron, Karson, Noah and Abigail; three great grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Homer and Etta Robinson, James “Jay” and Wanda Robinson, Brenda Kay Lazorchak, Willis Raymond Gurley, Kenneth Wayne Gurley and Donnie Lee Gurley; step-mother, Velma Robinson; many favorite nieces and nephews; and all his friends at Busby Chapel Freewill Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents; two wives; and step-brother, Joe Dean Gurley. Kenneth enjoyed attending Busby Chapel Freewill Baptist Church in Goreville. He loved to hunt, fish and family cookouts.
