West Frankfort-Kendall M. “Harpo” Miller, 60, passed away at 5:50am on Friday, December 12, 2014 at the VA Medical Center. Kendall was born on July 3, 1954 in Cape Girardeau, MO to Kendall and Lorene Miller. His hobbies included riding motorcycles and playing pool. Kendall loved to wear crazy hats. He was of Christian faith and a strong spiritual leader. Survivors include: Sons: Kenny Wayne Miller of West Frankfort Josh Miller of Colorado Springs, CO Matthew Miller of Johnston City Adam Miller of Korea Four grandchildren Father-Kendall Melvin Miller of Dexter, MO Mother-Lorene Henry of Marion Brothers and sisters: Loretta Gooch (Mike) of Marion Larry Miller (Cathy) of Nashville, IL Karen Johnston of Florissant, MO Kevin Miller (Kay) of Marion Several nieces and nephews He was preceded in death by his grandparents. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at 1pm at Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Rev. Robbie Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Egyptian Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be on Monday, December 15, 2014 from 5pm-8pm at the funeral home. Memorial donations are suggested to the family and will be accepted at Blue Funeral Home/ 1704 N. Court St/ Marion, IL 62959.
