Marion-Keith Soldner, 64, passed away on Sunday, February 25, 2018 at St. Louis University Hospital.
Keith was born on June 13, 1953 in Marion to Leland and Wanda (Horsley) Soldner. He married Rhonda Rains on January 22, 1970 in Marion.
Keith was lifelong member of Zion United Church of Christ. He was a carpenter by trade and a member of the carpenters union. Keith retired from United Food & Commercial Workers. He was an avid St. Louis Cardinals and North Carolina Tarheels fan and loved spending time with his grandchildren, following them in their many activities.

He was preceded in death by his parents and grandson, Micah Avery William Soldner
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 2pm at Zion United Church of Christ with Rev. John Holst and Rev. James Langdoc officiating. Visitation will be on Saturday from 10am until the time of service at the church. Blue Funeral Home in Marion is assisting the family with arrangements.
Memorials may be made to Zion United Church of Christ, Ronald McDonald House Charities or the Autism Society of Southern Illinois and will be accepted at the funeral home.
