Karen A. McGee MARION-Karen A. McGee, 67, passed away at 5:45 PM, Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky. Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 30, 2010 at the Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Reverend Tim Blankenship officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Maplewood Cemetery in Marion. Karen was born September 7, 1942 in Marion to Ernest and Reathel (Morris) Hearn. She married Robert Gower; he preceded her in death. She later married Raymond McGee in October of 1986. Survivors include her husband Raymond McGee of Marion; daughters and son-in-law , Cheryl Hargrave of Marion and Sheila and Shane Orange of Creal Springs; step-children, Michael McGee of Chicago, Tim and Jean McGee of Pittsburg, Jeff and Christy McGee of Marion and Darla and Terry Horn of New Burnside; grandchildren, Cody Mausey, Shawna Mausey, McKenzie Orange and Joshua Hargrave; step-grandchildren, Brian McGee, Breanna McGee, Aaron McGee, Matthew McGee, Elizabeth Horn and David Horn; sisters and brothers-in-law, Janet Malone, Kathy Price, Jodi and Robert Moore, Pam and Jeff Wilson, Sandy and Bryan Small and Kim and David Nevious; brother and sister-in-law, Roger and Beth Hearn; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband; and brother, Gary Hearn. Karen was a homemaker. She enjoyed working in her yard and Elvis music. She loved babysitting, especially for Grayson Sanders. Her favorite past-time was spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.
