CRAB ORCHARD-Justin R. Jordan, 18, of Crab Orchard, passed away at 4:19 PM, Friday, April 15, 2005at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, April 19, 2005 at the Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Reverend Ivan Ryan officiating. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, Monday, April 18, 2005 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Indian Camp Cemetery, east of Marion. Memorials may be made to the Crab Orchard High School Science and Computer Department; envelopes are available at the funeral home or may be sent c/o Blue Funeral Home, PO Box 411, Marion, IL 62959. Justin was born on October 27, 1986 in Marion, Illinois to Stephen and Anita (Holmes) Jordan. Survivors include his parents; his sister, Stephanie Leann Jordan at home; maternal grandparents, Alan and Sue Holmes of Marion; aunts and uncles, Carolyn and Larry Myers, Cindy Rich and fiancé, Keith Bailey, Jack Jordan and fiancé, Jan Cunningham, and Mark Jordan and fiancé, Kelly Harmon; and cousins, Trent Rich, David Myers, Angela Myers, Trey Jordan and Cory Jordan. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Jack and Wahneta Jordan and uncle, Bill Jordan. Justin was a senior at Crab Orchard High School. He was in the Top Ten of his class and a member of the Scholar Bowl Team. He had been awarded numerous academic awards. He planned to further his education in Computer Science. Justin attended Arnold View Baptist Church.
