June Wiley WEST FRANKFORT-June Wiley, 49, of West Frankfort passed away at 8:05 PM, Saturday, February 6, 2010 at Memorial Hospital of Carbondale. With respect to her personal wishes there will be no public visitation or funeral. Blue Funeral Home in Marion is assisting the family. June was born November 19, 1960 in Cairo to Helen Ratliff. Survivors include her mother and step-father, Helen and Gary Ratliff of Royalton; sister, Lela Morgan; three uncles; and one nephew.
