Judy Zeller

Marion- Judy Kay Zeller, 62, of Marion, formerly of Highland and Pierron, passed away at 7:24 PM, Saturday, November 21, 2015 at her home. Judy was born on June 2, 1953 in Highland, IL to Francis and Alice (Haller) Zeller. She worked many years as the general manager of the Country Inn and Suites in Marion.  She retired in August of 2014.  She was a Christian and former member of the Highland Evangelical United Church of Christ. In her spare time she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and volunteering her time with the Marion Elks and American Legion Auxiliary.  She will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved her. Survivors include- Mother- Alice Ammann and husband Russell of Marion Son- Michael Blakey and wife Verbal of St. Louis, MO Son- Matt Blakey of Marion Son- Mark Blakey and wife Christina of Palatine Three grandchildren- Justin, Jayden and Jackson Blakey Brother- James Zeller of Marion Brother- Tom Zeller and wife Fran of Marion Two nieces and one nephew She was preceded in death by her father. A graveside funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, November 25, 2015 at Hug Cemetery in Millersburg, IL.  Rev. Chris Hill, Pastor of the Evangelical United Church of Christ in Highland, will officiate.  Burial will follow at Hug Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at Blue Funeral Home in Marion.
