JOHNSTON CITY - Joseph Orlovich Jr., 65, of Johnston City, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2013, in CLC unit of VA Hospital in Marion.
He was born June 20, 1947, to Joseph Orlovich Sr. and Stella Rose Orlovich in Chicago.
Joseph was retired from VA Hospital. He served in the U.S. Air Force and served in Vietnam. He spent his days with his wife, Sharon, just enjoying retired life. He enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren and friends.
He is survived by wife, Sharon Orlovich of Johnston City; son, Carl Orlovich and fiancée, Patti Dawson, of Marion, daughter and son-in-law, Carrie Hargett and Jamie Hargett of Thompsonville; daughter and son-in-law, Michelle Grant and Everett Grant of Herrin; stepdaughter, Tiffanie Hutchinson and husband, Courtney Hutchison, of Mapleton; stepson, Rodger Timmons of Saint David; grandchildren, Carley Orlovich, Sloan Orlovich, Cayden Grant, Logan Grant, Tyler Hutchinson, Grace Hutchison, Alan Timmons, Cody Dawson and Dylan Dawson; nephew, Jasen Orlovich and wife, Shannon, of Tennessee; niece, Shannon Stone of Tennessee; great-nieces, Cera and Paige; great-nephews, Austin and Talon, all of Tennessee; and many other extended family members.
Joe was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Orlovich Sr.; mother, Stella Rose Orlovich; and brother, John Orlovich.
According to his wishes, Joe will be cremated and there will be no services.
Blue Funeral Home in Marion is in charge of arrangements.
