John Lehman Allen MARION-John Lehman Allen, 90, of Marion passed away at 10:20 PM, Saturday, October 24, 2009 at Fountain Nursing Home in Marion. Private Graveside services will be held at a later date. He will be buried beside his mother at Blairsville Cemetery. Blue Funeral Home in Marion is assisting the family with arrangements. John was born March 26, 1919 in Morley, Missouri to William Russell and Kitty (Cummins) Allen. Survivors include several nieces and nephews; Dana & Mike Crouse, Michael & Julie Rix, Deborah Forster, Rhoda & David Powers, Lunda & Jeff Pritchett, and William & Valarie Allen; and sister-in-law, Clarice Allen. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Roberta Jean Rix; brothers, William Allen and Donald Allen. The family would like to thank Teresa and the staff at Fountain Nursing Home for the loving care they provided for their loved one.
