Joe Kadela MARION-Joe Kadela, 77, of Marion passed away at 4:55 AM, Sunday, July 23, 2006 at Heartland Regional Medical Center in Marion. With respect to Joe’s personal wishes there will be no public visitation or funeral. Blue Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Mr. Kadela was born on August 26, 1928 in Cook County, Illinois to John and Elizabeth (Svoboda) Kadela. Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Tom and Michelle Kadela of Marion and Joe and Ann Kadela of Berwyn; grandchildren, Nicholas Kadela, Lauryn Kadela, Kristen Kadela, Joe Kadela, Jr., Michael Kadela and Katherine Kadela; and brother and sister-in-law, John and Helen Kadela of Grand Rapids, Michigan. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Frank Kadela. Mr. Kadela was a retired Internal Revenue Service Agent.
