Joe Griggs

Joe Allen Griggs, passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Heartland Regional Medical center with his daughter and son-in-law by his side.

Joe was born on April 23^rd, 1953 to Fred and Lucille Griggs of Reeves, TN.

Joe married his wife Brenda Brown on Feb 18, 1995. She preceded him in death on June 3^rd, 2018.

Joe is survived by his children: Virginia Griggs and Cory Sangster, Amanda and Cory Church, and Steven and Amanda Dooley; his grandchildren: Jadyn and Pursaius, Linke, Dalton, Rikkie, Trenton and Bella Dooley, Karina and Isaiah Church; his brothers and sisters: Luke and Wanda Griggs, Mary and Joe Murdock, Lessie and Billie Mayfield, Neddie Griggs, Billie ray Griggs, Freddy and Mary Griggs.

Joe loved all his nieces and nephews as well.  He was a family man and will forever be in our hearts.

Joe’s wishes were to be cremated.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.  Blue Funeral Home in Marion is assisting the family with arrangements.
