Joan H. Farren GOREVILLE - Joan H. Farren, 58, of Goreville passed away at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, October 2, 2007 at her home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, October 5, 2007 at the Blue Funeral Home in Goreville with Reverend Tim Woodard officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, Thursday, October 4, 2007 at the Blue Funeral Home in Goreville. Entombment will be at East Lawn Memorial Gardens in Energy. Mrs. Farren was born on November 21, 1948 in Louisville, Kentucky to Enoch and Georgia (Johnson) Hall. She married Cary Farren married August 19, 1982 in Spencer County, Kentucky; and he survives. Survivors include her children, Scott and Mindy Farren of Goreville, Tina and Dave Osborne of Indianapolis, Indiana; Brian and Carolyn Farren of Mahomet; and Virginia and Mark Guizer of Elgin; fifteen grandchildren; one great grandchild; brothers and sisters-in-law, John and Rhoda Hall of Frankfort, Kentucky and Steve and Shirley Hall of Dix, and sister and brother-in-law, Nora and Dan Lesniewski of Greenville, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her parents. Mrs. Farren loved spending time with her children and grandchildren, and had a passion for animals.
