Jo Ann Emery

Marion-Jo Ann Emery, 71, passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at Parkway Manor. Jo Ann was born on April 14, 1945 in Williamson County to Calvin and Daisy (McGuire) Glenn.  She married William Emery on September 12, 1970 in Creal Springs.  He survives of Marion. Jo Ann was a homemaker.  She was of Baptist faith and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Survivors include: Husband-William Emery of Marion Son-Rodney Scott and Bobbie Emery of Marion Daughter-Michelle Kay Emery Grandchildren-Evan Emery and Dustin Emery Sister-Doris Odum Several nieces and nephews Jo Ann was preceded in death by her parents; her foster parents, Paul and Jewell Tanner; brothers, Calvin Glenn, Jr and Terry Tanner and niece, Lisa Glenn A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 20, 2016 at 11am at Blue Funeral Home in Marion with Rev. Steve Glenn officiating.  Visitation will also be on Friday from 10am until the time of service at the funeral home.
