Jewell Frey

Denver, CO-Jewell Frey, 98, formerly of Herrin, passed away on August 30, 2013. Jewell was born April 16, 1915 in Energy to Herman and Carrie Bales.  She married James Carl Frey on September 26, 1940.  He preceded her in death. Survivors include: nieces, Jonell Blue, Shirley Eason and husband Gary and nephew, Mike Darter and wife Bonnie. She was preceded in death by her husband Carl, her parents and aunt, Helen Newell. Graveside services will be at 11am on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Marion.  Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery. Blue Funeral Home in Marion is assisting with arrangements.
