Jerry Lee Mitchell

Jerry Lee Mitchell, 62 of Marion passed away Thursday, January 9, 2025, at Deaconess Illinois Medical Center. Jerry was born on June 29, 1962, to Edward Mitchell and Barbara (Lucas) Mitchell. He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Eddie Mitchell, sister Debra Kay (Mitchell) McCombs. He is survived by his children Tausha Mitchell, Amber Mitchell, Jeremiah Mitchell, daughter Misty Taylor, spouse Dustyn Taylor, of Marion, son Micheal Mitchell, spouse Jessica Mitchell of Carterville, son Matthew Mitchell of Carterville. 14 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, siblings Jan McMichael spouse Steven McMichael from Virginia, sister Vicki Morgan, spouse Wayne Morgan, brother Rocky Mitchell, spouse LeAnn Mitchell. 

His greatest gift was his children, grandchildren. 

Arrangements have been entrusted to Blue Funeral Home under the direction of Binkley - Ross. All services will be private.
