Jeffrey James Hendee GOREVILLE- 8220;Jeffrey James Hendee, 42, of Goreville passed away at 9:00 PM, Wednesday, January 9, 2008 at his home. In respect with his wishes there will be no public funeral or visitation. Blue Funeral Home in Goreville is in charge of the arrangements. Jeffrey was born on December 25, 1965 in Havana, Illinois to Howard James and Betty Lou (Denley) Hendee. Survivors include his mother, Betty Hendee-Lindsey of Goreville; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bill and Chin Hendee of Lake Forest, California and Steve and Julie Lindsey of Goreville; sisters and brothers-in-law, Stella and Doug Kirkman of Vancouver, Washington, Chris and Kevin Reetz of Albany, Georgia and Jenny and Brian Smith of Goreville; many nieces and nephews; and aunt and uncle, Dorothy and Earl Coclasure of Vienna. He was preceded in death by his father; step-father, E. Lindsey; grandparents, Sydney andAlvoda Davis, Stella Louise Flynn and Floyd Denley. Jeffrey served his country with the United States Navy. He enjoyed hiking, mountain climbing, snowboarding and nature. He will be missed by all.
